A Little Downsizing in My Craft Space
If you've spent any time looking around BellaArt Creates, you probably already know that I love to craft. I've been making things for many years and, like a lot of crafters, I've collected quite a stash of supplies along the way!But retirement has given me a chance to take a good look at my craft space and think about what I really want to make going forward. And I've realized something...I simply don't need to keep everything I've collected over the years.
Some of my supplies have been sitting unused for quite a while. Some were purchased for projects I never got around to making, and others are supplies I've decided I'm probably not going to use again.
So, I've been doing a little downsizing.
You'll find a variety of crafty goodies making their way into my eBay shop, including supplies and tools from the crafts I've enjoyed. You'll see stamps and die sets, cardmaking tools, fabrics, sewing, crochet and knitting notions, embellishments, tools, and office supplies too.
Some items are new and never been used while others have been gently used and most in their original packaging. I'm adding items as I work my way through my craft space, so the selection will change over time.
Downsizing doesn't mean I've stopped crafting. Quite the opposite! I'm simply becoming more intentional about the things I keep.
My craft space is very small and I've discovered that having room to breathe makes a difference in how I enjoy creating. I'd rather have a smaller collection of supplies that I actually use than shelves full of things that are waiting for a project that may never happen.
So this is really just another part of my creative journey—making room for the crafts, projects and supplies that fit the next chapter of my life. And if something I no longer need can make its way into your craft space and become something wonderful, well, that makes me pretty happy too!❤️
I've listed the available items in my eBay shop and I'll continue adding more as I work through my downsizing. You never know what crafty treasures you might find!
And rather than letting perfectly good craft supplies continue to sit on my shelves taking up valuable space, I've decided to pass them along to other crafters who will actually use and enjoy them.
